1981 Eskişehir doğumlu olan Nafiz Kalyoncu eğitimini de Eskişehir'de tamamladı. 1997 yılında profesyonel fotoğraf hayatına start veren fotoğraf sanatçısı başta Eskişehir olmak üzere Marmaris, Ankara, Antalya ve İstanbul'da çeşitli fotoğraf ve reklam ajanslarında Fotoğraf sanatçılığı, editörlük, stüdyo, aktüel, teorik fotoğrafçılık, baskı sistemleri ve grafik tasarımı gibi birçok çalışmada bulundu. Sanatçı, 2007 yılında Nafiz Fotoğraf Reklam ve Tanıtım Hizmetleri adıyla kendi şirketini kurdu. Haziran 2010 tarihinden itibaren Miss Globe International yarışmalarını içinde barındıran The Festival of Beauty International Group/Strong'un resmi fotoğraflılığını üstlendi. Sanatçı bu anlaşma ile Model Fotoğrafçılığını kariyer hedefi olarak seçtiğini açıkladı ve böylelikle Moda Fotoğrafçılığına da adım atmış oldu. Cemil İpekçi'nin 2010 yazında Mardin'de görücüye çıkardığı "Bir Doğu Masalı" adlı defilenin fotoğrafçılığını yapan Nafiz Kalyoncu Altın Nar Ödülüne layık görüldü. Cüneyt Arkın, Nefise Karatay, Kerem Alışık gibi birçok ünlü sanatçıyla ortak çalışmalarda bulunan sanatçı halen Eskişehir'de ki stüdyosunda çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir…
